Free Priority Mail shipping within the U.S. (and APO) for all orders over $40!

Generally, your discs will be mailed out within 1-4 days of receiving your order and they should arrive at any US destination within 2-3 days after that (but please allow 7-10 days to accomodate the vagaries of the US Postal Service). Allow 2 weeks for international orders to clear customs. If you are paying by money order, we will wait to receive your payment before we ship your order. All US and APO orders are typically sent out via USPS 1st Class for small orders of 6 or fewer discs and via Priority Mail for orders of 7 discs or more. Orders outside the US are sent via US Airmail (never via surface). You will receive an email at the time each order ships.

International orders are charged a flat fee for postage, regardless of order size. Make large orders!

Refunds and Returns for DVDs, VHS, CDs, and Scripts

There are absolutely no refunds due to the reproducibility of this product. Defective discs will be replaced with the same title, as long as we are notified of the problem within a reasonable time after it's receipt. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item(s) first. There is the possiblity that your player isn't 100% compatible with DVD-R discs and replacing the discs will not resolve the problem. If this situation arises, we will resolve the problem one way or another, on a case-by-case basis. Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of us sending you the wrong item(s). No returns will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of insurance claims will be our responsibility.
